Aspirin or paracetamol – for pain or fever Antihistamine- for allergies, hay fever Antiseptic for cuts and grazes. Antifungal cream or mechanical - for fungal skin infections and thrush Bandages, Group-Aids (plasters) and other wound dressings. Uncaring and flu tablets, throat lozenges and nasal decongestant Calamine pomade, sting relief spray or aloevera – to clear irritation from sun burn insect bites or stings. Insect obnoxious, sunscreen, lip balm and eye drops Loperamide or diphenoxylate- blockers for diarrhea Multi vitamins - ponder including these if you’re traveling well off the beaten track Prochlorperazine or metaclopramide- for nausea and vomiting Rehydration mix – To prevent dehydration Scissors, tweezers and a thermometer - (note that mercury thermometers are prohibited by airlines) freely Purification tablets or iodine- Tetraglycine hydroperiodide
